This landmark terrace home was a true labor of love for the Devco team. Partnered with Architect Bill Guidero and Designer Denise Morrison, Bayadere beautifully combines the comfort of country living with contemporary flair. Together, we enabled our creative visions to become a reality in the best possible way. Impeccable taste and attention to detail created inspiring spaces as you move throughout the home. The marrying of European stone accents, white washed bricks, rift white oak finishes, and 75-year-old olive trees gives Bayadere the right amount of rustic-style and ensures a sense of warmth. Wanting to capitalize on the gorgeous views, we positioned the communal areas of the home, as well as the primary bedroom, on the ocean-facing side of the property. Designed with lots of windows and sliding glass doors, we carefully curated the best moments to frame the spectacular views of the Newport harbor. We took our role as lead in this venture to heart, and will continue to take pride in seeing this exquisite front row home in Irvine Terrace fulfill dreams for many generations to come.
