Tucked away in a peaceful bay within the Newport Harbor, this remodel project is a beautiful transformation of a contemporary home into a traditional one. Through a successful collaboration with Kelly Nutt Design, we were able to restore the home’s original architectural style while keeping cost-effectiveness in mind. The outcome is a beautifully balanced interior that combines modern amenities and traditional elements.

Finish carpentry details throughout the entire home are a testament to the meticulous craftsmanship that went into this project, making it the defining feature of the home’s design. The coastal colors, which includes shades of soft blues, creamy white and sandy beiges, harmonizes with the natural beauty of the bay allowing the residents to feel seamlessly connected to the waterfront landscape.
