Devco Homes is an independent general contracting and construction management firm, focused on developing high end custom homes based in Newport Beach, California.
Our firm provides expertise and assistance in all stages of the homebuilding process including Land Acquisition, Entitlement & Permitting, Home Design, Team Assembly, Budget & Schedule Development, Construction Management, and Project Management.

Jon Deverian
Founder & Owner
As a developer and homebuilder’s son, Jon grew up spending his summers on construction sites in Los Angeles, establishing not only an understanding for the industry but also a passion for the craft.
After receiving his Bachelor's degree in Business & Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, Jon began his career in Silicon Valley, CA, where he spent several years advancing his knowledge in construction by managing tenant improvements. Jon later moved to Salt Lake City, UT where he developed several residential housing subdivisions throughout the area.
After six years of subdivisions and snow, Jon redirected his focus to custom residential homes. He relocated to Newport Beach, CA and founded Devco Homes, a boutique general contracting and construction management firm. In the last twenty-two years, Jon has created 80+ of the best built custom homes throughout Orange County.
Jon currently lives in Laguna Beach with his wife, Holly, and their golden retriever Finn. Their four kids have finally fled the nest but remain local in Orange County. Although, it’s rare for Jon and Holly’s ‘nest’ to ever be empty. Their kids enjoy coming home weekly for family dinners and sunset happy hours.
