This home embodies modernity and natural grace, designed by architect Eric Olsen with interiors by Raili CA Design and landscape architecture by Garden Studio. Expansive steel and glass windows infuse the interiors with natural light, highlighting mixed wood materials that add warmth and texture to each space. The exterior showcases grey-toned tumbled limestone accented by rich cedar siding and the varying hues of courtyard trees and surrounding greenery. The unique floorplan and masculine design create a resort-like ambiance, making a lasting impression. This project was an especially enjoyable build due to a trusting client and a well-assembled team that worked seamlessly to accomplish a united vision. We were also proudly featured as one of eight homes on the 2024 CDM Home Tour.
